Alert: Polite request - Face Mask

Due to the increasing number of respiratory illnesses we politely ask those of you attending the practice with a cough, cold, chest or respiratory illness to wear a face mask. This request is to help protect you, other patients and our staff.
Face masks are available from our reception desk - help yourself to one when you attend. Thank you.
