- What a PRG is: To involve patients when we plan new services. To Improve Communication. To work with the practice to help design local surveys. We want to hear your views on the services that we currently provide. We want all of our patients to take more responsibility for their health by increasing health literacy, raising awareness of lifestyle options and promoting self-care. Help the practice improve patient satisfaction
- What a PRG is not: A forum for individual complaints. A tool for a pre-determined agenda. Here to raise expectations that the practice is not able to meet
- It’s your group but we can help by: Providing a room for members to meet. Providing refreshments & Secretarial help. Conducting patient surveys. Attending meetings to answer questions and give explanations. Promoting the group through posters & leaflets
The group meets approximately 4 times a year to discuss and influence the decisions made regarding the running of the practice.
