Whenever possible we try to provide your regular prescription within one working day of your request.
Sometimes this can take longer to process as the medication requested may need to be reviewed by a GP or our practice pharmacist. This is to ensure you are being prescribed the most up-to-date medication and are taking it as instructed.
We request that you order your regular medication in good time and that you understand the reason for any delay in processing your request.
If you have run out of your medication please inform the receptionist.
