Organises the running of the practice. She would be happy to hear your views and suggestions about any of the services offered by the practice.

Mrs Hazel Davies

Assistant Practice Manager
Supports the practice manager in the day to day running of the practice and deputises in her absence.

Administration

Provide the I.T. support and deal with the administration duties required to run the practice.

Prescription Clerk

Manages the daily requests for repeated medications working under close supervision of the clinical team

Reception

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists offer the most appropriate appointment with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries. Our Receptionist may ask the reason for your call so they can offer you the most suitable appointment.

Secretaries

Types referral letters, liaises with GPs, hospitals and patients.
